Day 1· 18 min
Foundations & breath

Gentle warm-up, deep belly breathing, and an intro to core engagement. We start light to wire the habit.

Day 2· 20 min
Cat-cow & seated twists

Wake up the spine and digestive fire. Twists stimulate the abdominal organs and gently start the burn.

Day 3· 22 min
Sun salutations A

Five rounds of Surya Namaskar A — the classic full-body warmer that lifts the heart rate without strain.

Day 4· 22 min
Core activation

Boat pose, leg lifts, and held planks. We focus on engaging the transverse abdominis — the deep belly muscle.

Day 5· 25 min
Standing flow

Warrior II → side angle → reverse warrior. Strong legs, open hips, hot core.

Day 6· 25 min
Abs-focused vinyasa

Plank-to-side-plank, knee-to-elbow chataranga, and bicycle crunches in low boat. Burn.

Day 7· 20 min
Rest & recover

Restorative yoga, breath, and stretching for sore abs. Recovery is when the change happens.
