Boat pose, leg lifts, and held planks. We focus on engaging the transverse abdominis — the deep belly muscle.
Warrior II → side angle → reverse warrior. Strong legs, open hips, hot core.
Plank-to-side-plank, knee-to-elbow chataranga, and bicycle crunches in low boat. Burn.
Restorative yoga, breath, and stretching for sore abs. Recovery is when the change happens.
