1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FitCarbs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. The service
FitCarbs is a marketplace that connects students with independent yoga teachers. We are not the provider of yoga instruction; teachers are independent professionals who set their own rates and schedules.
3. Bookings & payments
All bookings are subject to teacher availability and confirmation. Payment is processed at the time of booking. Cancellations more than 6 hours before class are fully refundable.
4. Health disclaimer
Yoga is a physical practice. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and health before starting. Consult a doctor if unsure. FitCarbs and its teachers are not liable for injuries from practice.
