I’m a certified yoga therapist specialising in women’s health, particularly PCOD/PCOS and hormonal balance. With ten years of experience, I’ve worked with hundreds of women to ease symptoms naturally through targeted asana, pranayama, and lifestyle integration. My sessions are personal, evidence-informed, and rooted in classical Hatha tradition. In every session I tailor the practice to your cycle, energy, and constitution. Expect mindful sequencing, breathwork, and clear guidance on what to practise between sessions.
