Day 1· 15 min
Soft start — neck mobility

Slow neck circles, chin tucks, ear-to-shoulder stretches. Gentle, never forced.

Day 2· 18 min
Shoulder rolls & openers

Big shoulder rolls, eagle arms, cow-face arms. Releasing the front-of-shoulder tightness most of us live with.

Day 3· 20 min
Upper-back strengthening

Sphinx, locust and seated rows with a strap. Build the muscles that hold you upright effortlessly.

Day 4· 20 min
Thread-the-needle & spinal twists

Releases deep into the rhomboids and rotator cuff. You'll feel inches taller after.

Day 5· 22 min
Posture reset

Wall postures, chest openers, and breathing into the upper back. Reverses hours of screen-hunch.

Day 6· 20 min
Trapezius & deltoid release

Targeted self-massage cues with a yoga block + tennis ball. Plus an oh-so-good final stretch sequence.

Day 7· 18 min
Mid-challenge check-in

Easy practice + a guided body-scan to feel how much has already shifted. You'll be surprised.
